End-user license agreement · Unified Analytics

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("you" or "User") and the operator of the Unified Analyticsservice made available to you ("we," "us," or "Operator"). By creating an account, signing in, or using Unified Analytics, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Unified Analyticsis a multi-tenant analytics workspace. Authorized users within an organization may view dashboards and connect third-party platforms (such as email marketing, analytics, membership, and accounting tools) to aggregate reporting data for that organization. Features available to you depend on your role and your organization's configuration.

2. License grant

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Unified Analyticsfor your organization's internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, or use the service to build a competing product.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Organization owners and administrators control membership, integrations, and sharing settings. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes.

4. Third-party integrations

Unified Analytics may connect to third-party services (for example Microsoft, Google, Intuit QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Brevo, or MemberPress) only when an authorized administrator connects them on behalf of your organization. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or conduct.

Where supported, integrations are read-only for reporting purposes unless otherwise stated in the product. Disconnecting an integration removes stored connection credentials from Unified Analytics; it does not delete data in the third-party service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the service in violation of applicable law;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, organizations, or integrations;
interfere with or disrupt the service, including by introducing malware or abusive automated traffic;
use the service to process data you do not have the right to use;
misrepresent your identity or affiliation when connecting third-party accounts.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of data you and your organization submit to or retrieve through Unified Analytics. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality

Dashboards and integration data may include confidential business information. You will use reasonable care to protect access to your organization's workspace and will only share access with people authorized by your organization.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REPORTS AND METRICS DEPEND ON THIRD-PARTY SOURCES; WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR COMPLETENESS OR ACCURACY.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach this Agreement, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the effective date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
